How MEPCO solves it
MEPCO runs a HACCP-compliant program for hospitality kitchens: monthly preventive visits scheduled outside service hours, ILT (insect light trap) installation, drain treatment, baseboard barrier work, and a Ministry of Public Health-compliant service log book kept on-site for inspectors.
