1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the MEPCO website (mepco-lb.com) and the pest control services we provide. By using the site or booking a service, you accept these terms.

2. About MEPCO

MEPCO — Middle East Pest Control — is a licensed pest control business based in Mansourieh el Metn, Mount Lebanon. We operate under Lebanese Ministry of Public Health License No. 2/277.

3. Booking a service

When you submit a booking through our site, you are requesting a quote and visit confirmation — not entering a binding contract for service. A service is confirmed when we provide a written or verbal quote that you accept.

4. Pricing and quotes

MEPCO does not publish list pricing. Every job is priced after a phone call or site survey based on property size, pest pressure, access conditions, and required treatment intensity. The quote is confirmed in writing or by phone before any work begins.

5. Treatment guarantees

We provide written guarantees on most treatments — typically 30 days for bed bug eradication, 12 months for reactive termite, and re- treatment at no charge for cockroach colonies if pressure returns within 21 days. Exact guarantee terms are confirmed in the service quote.

6. Safety and liability

All products are MoPH-approved and applied by licensed technicians following manufacturer and Ministry guidelines. We are not liable for damages arising from misuse of the property after treatment or conditions disclosed to us inaccurately.

7. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed in the service quote. Standard residential jobs are settled at the end of the visit. Commercial and annual contracts are invoiced on terms agreed in advance.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a booked visit at no charge with at least {cancellation window — to be confirmed} hours notice. Cancellations inside that window may incur a call-out fee.

9. Website content

All content on this website — text, images, logos, design — is the property of MEPCO or used with permission. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any of it without written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Lebanese law, MEPCO’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Beirut.
