Rodent Control
مكافحة القوارض
Bait stations, exclusion work, and continuous monitoring — for rats and mice in homes and businesses.
What we do
Rodents transmit disease, damage stored goods, and chew through electrical wiring — a fire risk in older Lebanese buildings. MEPCO deploys tamper-resistant bait stations, mechanical snap traps, and glue boards calibrated to the property. We map rodent activity with monitoring stations, seal entry points (exclusion work), and provide written recommendations for permanent prevention. All bait stations are pet-safe and child-safe.

Common questions
Are the bait stations safe for pets and children?
Yes. We use tamper-resistant stations that require a key to open. Bait is sealed inside and inaccessible to anyone except the rodent.
How quickly will I see results?
Activity drops within 7–10 days. Full elimination of a colony typically takes 3–4 weeks. We monitor with bait take and provide a written prevention plan.
Do you seal entry points or just place bait?
Both. We map the property, identify entry points (utility penetrations, foundation gaps, roof access), and recommend exclusion work. A bait-only approach won't solve a recurring problem.
Is this for rats or mice?
Both. Norway rats, roof rats, and house mice are the three species we handle most. Treatment differs slightly — site survey confirms which you have.
