Pest Inspection & Audit
فحص ومراجعة الآفات
Detailed audit and written report — for pre-purchase, insurance, or compliance use.
What we do
An MEPCO inspection is a documented, third-party assessment of a property's pest status. We use it for three primary purposes: pre-purchase property due diligence, insurance claims that require pest documentation, and compliance audits for franchises, hotel groups, and food-service brands. The report includes photographic evidence, identified species, severity ratings, recommended actions, and is signed by a MoPH-licensed technician.
